Wear daily
12 hours on, 12 hours off (as health improves and detoxification naturally begins to occur, you can modify it to fewer hours in the beginning, if needed. Watch for symptoms to guide you.)
Place on clean, dry skin (If your child pulls it off during the day then you can place it on the back of their shirt. It works through clothing too.)
